Brian England - staging is back but I find Sellers are very educated and most don't want to hire a Stager anymore. Most have alredy learned everything they need to know from real estate agents and HGTV. I attended a Staging Class last month and the fees were very high! Real Estate Agents are providing good information like you are!

Number five is an important one that most sellers, and even real estate agents, don't often think of.

I always recommended to my sellers that they create a photo album of their yard in different seasons, showing buyers their landscaping.

In areas with winter snow, especially, potential buyers don't see mature landscaping, which is a huge plus when selling a home.
