Nina, Pulte is such a good builder, my last house was, and very well built.   Same ole, same ole- no inventory, homes increasing in value nicely, and Reavencrest is HOT.

Hi Nina,

If a neighborhood sells over asking for an entire year, that shows how much demand there is.  With a tight inventory, I can see that homes that crop up on the MLS will be sold quickly in 2023.

Hi Nina- your market reports prove that real estate is local. What's happening in other markets are not what's happening where you are. That's why ii's so important to work with a local agent who know the market like you do.

Nina Hollander, Broker - By your marketing report and trends, Reavencrest is a stellar area to consider. I also like that there are several options to choose, 1) The Laurels, 2) Preserve at Raevencrest, 3) The Cascades, 4) The Terrace Townhomes, and 5) The Arbours at Reavencrest (patio homes). If I were a buyer, I would consider all of them. Most definitely, I would choose you for my REALTOR too.

Brian England hi Brian... when you average 1.3 listings per month in a community with hundreds of houses, people will pay a premium to snag a home.

Kathy Streib good morning again, Kathy... as I do my market updates each month and quarter, I am always reminded just how hyper-local real estate is in the Charlotte area and I'm always reminding my clients of that fact.

Sheri Sperry - MCNE® hi Sheri... while our market has softened, as a whole, I believe we will have all kinds of neighborhoods in the Charlotte area that won't be affected greatly... it might take a bit longer to sell a home and we won't see crazy bidding wars... but home prices will stay strong as will demand.

George Souto hi George... Zillow has just named Charlotte as the #1 market for real estate in 2023. Our market is softer than last year... but it doesn't mean there isn't underlying strength in many neighborhoods.

Joan Cox hi Joan...it's always interesting to me to see how different regions view national builders like Pulte. In Charlotte, they were so bad they were actually run out of town. When they came back in the late 1990's they new they had to clean up their act if they weren't going to be run out of town again.
