Building the Right Inventory
Today I want to talk about Governor Inslee’s State of the State. I was really pleased to see such a strong focus on the on-going housing supply shortage. I’ve been talking about the lack of housing inventory since 2008 and the Great Recession. There are a lot of factors, since then, that have contributed to our current housing crisis.
The obvious solution is to build more houses, right? But there’s a lot more that goes into it. We need to be building the right kind of houses. It’s all about the right size, the right price, and the right place. Watch the video for more information!
