Hi Kathy, and thank you!  The same contractor built all the homes on Whippet. Initially, many of these homes had ADUs (auxiliary dwelling units).  Sedona eliminated this, so it is now called a guest suite.  Not all the Whippet homes have this so this is a true bonus and selling point.
