Crismark 2022 home sale prices increased 20%; median home sale prices increased 24%. The list to sale price ratio decreased by 1% in 2022, but was still almost 102%. And while average days on market increased in 2022, they were still quite low at just 17 days.
Appreciation in home sale prices in Crismark slowed in the Fourth Quarter 2022. Average home sale prices increased just 11% and median home sale prices decreased 5%. Further softening in the market was evident in the 5% decline in the list to sale price ratio to 97.71% and an increase in average days on market to 33 days. Crismark had not seen a median list to sale price ratio of under 100% or more since December 2020. February 2021 was the last time Crismark saw an average list to sale price ratio of less than 100% or more.

CRISMARK: A NEIGHBORHOOD WITH SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE:
Crismark neighborhood residents enjoy two pools and clubhouses, tennis courts, a soccer field, walking trails, and playground--a country club lifestyle without the country club cost.
One of the largest neighborhoods in Indian Trail with about 900 homes, Crismark homes range in price from the low $400,000's to the $600,000's. Homes range in size from under 1,800 square feet to 4,000 square feet and feature three bedrooms up to six bedrooms. In other words... something for everyone from first time buyers to empty nesters to young families.
The average age of recently sold homes in the community is 14-15 years, with some of the sold homes built as early as 2002 and others as recently as 2015. Builders in the community included a mix of both production and custom builders: Cambridge Homes, Eastwood, Edwards Construction, Dublin Homes, Westport Homes. Bonterra Builders developed the Enclave section of Crismark where home prices range from the low $500,000's to the $700,000's.

Indian Trail is situated about 15 miles southeast of Charlotte in Union County. The town's name, "Indian Trail," is derived from the Native American path that wound through this area from Petersburg, Virginia, to the Waxhaw Indians, and gold mining. The Indian Trail was founded in 1861 and its first roots are as a farming community. Indian Trail was incorporated as a town in 1907. Indian Trail is now the largest town in Union County. Great park facilities also abound in Indian Trail. The Town of Indian Trail sponsors activities for kids, adults, seniors, and families.
