It's been a long while since I've posted anything here on my Activerain blog. Why? It's easy. Life! Sometimes the path of life gets changed and the journey we seek and expect turns out different than planned.
All that to say, I'm officially retired today. January 31, 2023, is my I'M DONE day!
Having spent the majority of my life and 38-year career in the real estate industry, it just seems like the right thing to share this post and announcement today.
Since 1990ish, many real estate agents, brokers, and even Activerain members have been using the Agent Goal Planner to set and achieve their financial real estate goals. For more than 3+ decades, AGP was successful.
Agent Goal Planner has always been available to purchase online. Thousands of copies have been downloaded and applied to business plans around the country. Agents have shared great stories, reviews, testimonials, and kudos.
SO WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?!
Today, I am giving the Agent Goal Planner to you. It's COMPLIMENTARY. I never use the word (FREE) as that word tends to lower the value of any item or service. (I learned that years ago when I worked here as Activerain)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Once the page is loaded, simply click on the FILE option, select MAKE A COPY, then RENAME, and SAVE it to your Google Drive. Now you can access, customize, and modify to meet your specific individual goals and needs.

It's been an honor, a privilege, and a ton of fun serving this community and our Industry. The journey and path ahead are new for me, and I'm excited about what the future holds and what lies ahead for me and my family.
I leave behind these breadcrumbs in hopes to make a difference in the lives of others. It's not about what I say, or what I do in life, people will forget that stuff and even forget my name, but they'll never forget how I make them feel.
