On January 8th, 2023, this parcel of land became available in Meadow Lake Country Club Estates in Columbia Falls Montana and on February 2nd, it closed.

The country club's website indicates that this par 72 golf course was rated as a 4 1/2 star course by Golf Digest. They also indicate it's one of the top four public play golf courses in Montana. Golf Magazine adds that it is a "must play" course.
Meadow Lake Country Club Estates has Tuesday night leagues, holds company or group golf outings, and has an onsite Eagles Nest Bar & Bistro for breakfast and lunch options.
