Life is a living, conscious journey. We change, our kids grow up, and different people ebb and flow into our lives. The people in our lives keep evolving and growing, and so must we. We must be brave enough to make new friends and embrace change.
Opening our hearts to love, friendship, and belonging, helps us to heal within and reminds us we worthy of being included. Relationships are the medicine for our loneliness. We need to build a life that is meaningful, joyful and purposeful; otherwise our life has no meaning at all.
