I smiled when I read your title! We had this Yoda poster up for the kids for years. That was our 'motto' whenever they'd be giving up or funky mind space. And it worked well too give them a gentle reminder. It's always a choice.

I totally agree with all three quotes. My favorite is "Do or Do Not. There is no Try." Whenever I hear anyone say "I'll try" I know they won't do it. If they do, I'm very pleasantly surprised.
