For the more mature or seasoned Rainers, they have been rescued by ARMS and for the newbie, you are being watched. It is a form of Big Brother but watered down. How about details?
MALE or FEMALE?
We often refer to our ships at sea or our flag, vehicles or country as a "she" with the other two choices being a "he" or an "it" (we will get to the "it"). Has anyone detected a feminine presence? A masculine? Does ARMS nurture or coach? Does it use its ARMS for hugging & correcting OR discipline with a steady hand?
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
If an "it", then we are talking about A.I. or artificial intelligence. For answers or references, we only have SIRI of iPhone fame or Alexa/Echo of Amazon to gauge by. We do have one other famous source from 2001 A Space Odyssey called HAL as well. Lower down on the scale is Robo-calling intelligence who is hated for a cause.
A.I. DYNAMICS
AI tries to imitate us by acting human which means it reaches us thru our comfort zones or emotional state. It also displays a type of "help" or service mode but can be annoying as it pretends to want to help via repetition, questions or second guessing. QUESTION: Be honest: have you ever lost patience with AI? Yes, you have! Why? Because we want something in the moment & humans know this. AI does not & calls on programming to decipher what we are saying. It has a problem getting to the point... not us.
ARMS NATURE or IDENTITY
Is ARMS under or over 21? This is important as maturity often gets to the point and immaturity draws things out. Has anyone detected a learning curve for that which would indicate teen behavior? If ARMS is a mature adult, what age group? Reprimands by ARMS offer no clue. However, if AI, that accounts for short, lack of dialog responses, and also would indicate a masculine finality to it.
WOULD THIS HELP?
What if ARMS wants to stay in the shadows? Fair enough however at least give us an AVATAR. That would allow us to relate and ARMS to have a more personal invite. It still can remain sexless and if an AI, keep its trying to act human game going. On that note, I have a recommendation as follows:
RAINDROP WITH LEGS & ARMS (huge relevant pun here)
Think Popeye type arms, on a delicate drop of water, perhaps small, medium or large, that becomes an accepted & invited guest to every Rainers experience. How would it, she or he do this? Very simple to do. Comment consistently on postings! Be seen randomly here & there, on the website or in emails?
SOMEONE STILL BEHIND THE CURTAIN
If ARMS is the owner, the children of the owner, wife, friend or hired help or some algorithm masquerading as ARMS still wants to stay "unknown", whether for personal, professional or ipso facto (look it up), then at least we have a face/emblem to go with whatever is taking place.
WHAT WE KNOW SO FAR
1. ARMS has financial connections. Complain about any charges gets a response.
2. Always watching in one of two modes: love & amusement or discipline
3. Hates spam and immature Rainers wo ignore the ACTIVERAIN rules. pit bull?
4. Has no prior history, resume, references or ratings yet is an ACTIVE presence.
5. Is attracted, assigned or hangs out only online thus lives in cyberspace.
6. Likes anonymity, freedom to come & go and having the last or final word.
WHAT RAINERS WANT
A Rainer wants something they can identify with. No more mystery or wondering.
