Does your Cell Phone have this App ?

I can't remember the last time I did any calculations on a mortgage for a buyer. In fact, in 30+ years I don't think I've ever done any. I have them run those scenarios with a lender. I recently actually got rid of a Texas Instruments calculator I used at the Harvard Business School back in the late 1970's. Hadn't touched it in decades and decided I was tired of finding a home for it each time I moved. 

Wow Michael,  I have 2 of these and can not recall the last time I use one, my lenders are better at it.

I don't usually run mortgage calculations for a buyer. They run through so many scenarios with their lender with all the programs that are offered. I have an app on my phone provided by the title company but I haven't used it in years. I'd rather they discuss and run calculations with the expert, their lender.

I am sure my phone has an app for that but even when I was a financial advisor I didn't use a financial calculator very often.

I just use a regular calculator on my phone when needed. I don't have a need for a financial calculator (because as others have pointed out, I don't calculate mortgages for my clients)

I do not have this app on my phone.

This is a good recommendation to share.

I just use the calculator on my phone when needed. If it's mortgage related I want the buyers to get the information from someone who really knows - I don't want to be responsible for the wrong information, even as an estimate.
