4 Items YOU Expect when Interviewing a Real Estate Agent to Sell a Home or Property.

When you're interviewing a real estate broker to sell your home property you at bare minimum should expect the 4 following things. 1. Above average communication. In a shifting market timely communication will be critical to a successful sale, 2. A robust marketing plan that includes professional photos, drone video, Matterport or other VR videos along with a robust social media marketing campaign, 3. You should expect open houses. At least for the first weekend and every other weekend till the home sells. 4. Brokers opens. Brokers opens are catered mostly to real estate brokers and are conducted on a certain day of the week depending on your area. Kinda like MLS definitions. So, if you're interviewing, get your questions ready and expect these 4 things. If not, find another real estate broker that can provide them. Like me. :)

Back in 2005 I was a member of Century 21 and my Marketing Plan had 21 Things I would do to sell your home . 2005 and 2021-22 were VERY similar. Seller said to me , Our home is gonna sell in 3 days . How many of those 21 things can you implement by then ? But with the Market Shifting DOM is growing

Agreed, the industry shift has many in my office wondering what else they can do outside installing a sign and a keybox. Even through the last few years we still implemented everything in the marketing plan regardless of DOM. For this video, a YouTube Short, has to be 1 minute or less to meet the community guidelines so 4 items is about all that could be fit in. As you can see from my face, I was rushing and sorta direct. LOL.
