I often get this question...Why do I need a Realtor to buy a new construction home?

Every time I sell new construction, I am more convinced that buyers need someone to advocate for them through the new build process!

Hello Jeffrey - congratulations on this lakefront new construction sale in Palm Bay Florida.  Builder cooperation with real estate agents for newly built homes can be more difficult in some areas.

Congratulations on the sale! Thanks for emphasizing that a buyer's agent has a role in a new construction home purchase. Buyers don't have to give up their right to Buyer representation when buying a new construction home.
