Mellie Cline I was hoping mortgage interest rates would begin to settle, but with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac's recent increase in the Loan Level Price Adjustments (LLPA's ) I think we will see another bump up before the settle. However, the decrease in FHA's MIP should help a little bit.

My view of the state of real estate in Dallas, Highland Park, Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Bluffview, Lakewood, the M Streets and oh so much more. You could see a description of a recent stay at the Ritz or Four Seasons, or a book I'm reading or a movie or cultural event I recently attended. I might take off on a rant about timid drivers or people who talk too loudly on their cellphones in public... nothing is off-limits... well SOME things are sacred, but I will not restrict myself to the latest mortgage interest roller coaster or only real estate specific topics.
