I am going challenge myself to have more business over the next month. I am writing about it to give me a daily reminder of goals for the month. Also, to get feedback from others that might have attempted something similar. My goals for the month are 2 sakes listings , one accepted purchase offer, and one rental. This might seem like a lot or maybe not enough. I will do this for a month and re-evaluate in August.
I have also challenged a co worker to attempt this and monitor his progress
I would think this would be the very least to do on a goal, I think it is awesome.
Kevin, that may or may not be a reasonable goal. It depends on what you've accomplished in the past, your market, and how you intend to accomplish your goal as to whether it's reasonable and achievable.
