For many, the subject of retirement brings many questions. When will you retire? Where will you retire? And how will you retire. Life changes can seem daunting as many baby boomers aren't financially able to retire.
But what if you could plan for retirement with reduced bills? What bills can be eliminated so that retirement is simpler?
What if you could retire in your home with no electricity bills? What if you didn't have a mortgage payment? And what if you didn't buy gasoline either?
This is exactly what I've worked to accomplish!
Having converted my own home to a "net zero" home, producing as much energy as I use, my home won't have an electricity bill when I retire. And that energy also powers my electric car so I don't buy gasoline either. And by the time I retire, I won't have a mortgage payment (another post for another day.)
All of these were planned during the last seven years so that remodeled features and energy efficiency measures added to my home have eliminated my electricity payment. Solar panels were installed after other upgrades and will be paid for by retirement.
You can accomplish this, too! For information, reach out to me and I'll share the details!
