Hello Norm (and Sandy too) - while real estate is not usually a game that is over quickly, it can be a test of patience and persistence (by all participants) at times. Congratulations.

Note to Nina Hollander, Broker - as a native Californian, I was unfamiliar with Aguanga before this post. Thankfully Riverside County was included in details of the post which helped to add some perspective to its location close to San Diego County. At least, I think so.
