March is Maple Syruping Month in Minnesooooocold!

Family Friendly Maple Syruping 

As the daytime weather warms above 32 degrees, it is prime time for tapping maple trees and making syrup, or at least have some fun with kids and learn all about it. 



Through the month of March, there are a number of ffamily friendly Maple Syruping related events and programs in the western suburbs.  

Richardson Nature Center (West Bloomington)
Gale Woods Farm (Minnetrista) 
Wood Lake Nature Center (Richfield)
Eden Prairie Nature Center (Staring Lake)
Lake Minnetonka Regional Park (Mound)
The Landing (Shakopee)
Lowry Nature Center (Victoria)
Baker Park Preserve (Maple Plain)

REAL ESTATE UPDATE

This week we look into the higher price bracket. This  sector of the market $575,000+ represents 25% of ALL Single Family homes (Non-new construction) . Year over year,  you can see below that in the SW Metro has a seasonal cyclical trend up during the mid year. The start of 2023 is trending similar to last year with ultra low supply, which even with higher mortgage rate's is still a promising prospect for upcoming home sellers.

I only buy real maple syrup and I have to say yum. I used to love those maple sugar candies too but I don't do actual sweets anymore. But they were yummy
