Another satisfied client. This transaction is with a long standing client whom I've had relationship with over 35 years. I am grateful that they still come back to me after so many years. With all the technology we have in place remember always that real estate is a "relationship" business. So if you can take away anything from this my advice to you is to build relationships with people and the business will come. Try not to put the business ahead of your client(s). They will definitely recognize if you do.
