There are a lot of examples in these pics of backyard furniture.  I bought O.W.Lee outdoor furniture back in 2005.  It still looks good.  I have replaced the cushions twice.  We leave it uncovered all year long.

Hi George Souto - You would appreciate this.  The buyer switched mortgage companies which through up a huge red flag.  When I called the lender, he insisted that the buyer had great credit but couldn't go into detail.  I found out later that the mortgage agent switched companies and that created an additional 2 week delay.  Fortunately everything worked out ok.
