Single Family Year-to-date (YTD) real estate market stats for February 2023.
I find YTD stats provide a wider scope to the marketplace. It eliminates skewed results reflected by many homes in similar price range going on the market at one time. Also more accurate are statistics providing median values instead of averages. It just minimizes the risk of skewed results and gives a better idea of the current marketplace.
