In February, nine homes sold with an average sales price of 100.3% of the list price.  They were on the market for an average of 25 days.  While that seems long in comparison to what we were seeing last year, 25 days on the market is still considered a seller's market.  Currently 3 homes are under contract and as of today, there are no homes for sale although there are 4 coming on the market soon.
