My clients, who just relocated to Greater Charlotte and who were referred to me by their aunt, a previous client of mine, are now in contract to build their dream home in Fort Mill's Massey neighborhood. My clients were looking for a home with at least four bedrooms with one guest suite on the main floor, a home office, a large, open kitchen, high ceilings. One of the clients grew up in a ranch-style home and was hoping for as much one-story living as possible. A new construction home was also on their wish list, as was a top school district and easy access to I-77 and Uptown Charlotte.

 

Taylor Morrison's Pikewood Plan in Massey totally fit the bill, featuring 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms + a home office on the main floor, a huge kitchen with an enormous island, a huge bonus room and a fourth bedroom and bath on the upper floor. And did I mention, my clients were over the moon about the community amenities at Massey? They'll need to wait nine months for the home to be completed, but the wait will be worth it.
