Patricia Feager, MBA, CRS, GRI,MRP hi Patricia... I don't lose sleep over DST... I lose sleep from it. I'm already a poor sleeper and don't get enough hours of sleep. This doesn't help and it can take me at least a week to get my internal clock back to normal.
