The referral lead generating is a 7 step system to help agents convert conversations to leads.

Step 1: Identify the Prospect- Identify potential buyers or sellers with whom you can have a meaningful conversation.

Step 2: Gather Contact Information- Collect the prospect’s contact information, such as their name, email address, and phone number.

Step 3: Establish Rapport- Build rapport with the prospect by engaging them in a friendly conversation.

Step 4: Qualify the Prospect- Ask questions to determine if the prospect is a good fit for your services.

Step 5: Present Your Services- Explain to the prospect how you can help them and how it will benefit them.

Step 6: Ask for Referrals- Ask the prospect for referrals to other potential clients.

Step 7: Follow Up- Follow up with the prospect to ensure that they are satisfied with your services and build a long-term relationship.

step 1. Small talk get them to chuckle

Step 2. Tell them the reason you called (HELP)

Step 3. Ask if they would be willing to refer you if the conversation ever came up

Step 4. Reassure them what you can and can't do  (use your  Brand promise)

Step 5. ASK for some business! "who do you know who"

Step 6. Make three suggestions (how you can serve)

Step 7. Ask for permission to connect on social media
