I saw a young adult groundhog wandering in the neighbor’s yard today.
The sun is higher in the sky, more and more each day.
Things are waking up.
There’s tiny buds on the hydrangea bush.
Daffodils in bloom everywhere!
Crocuses still can be found.
Magnolia tree blooms are opening up!
Pink cherry blossoms are in full display!
Cactus are not so shriveled.
Bunches of grass need a trimming.
On those sunny warmer days into the high 50’s low 60’s clusters of small insects can be seen dancing together high in the yard.
Birds are starting to sing their warm weather courting songs.
A male cardinal can be seen giving female cardinal a seed at the feeder.
This weekend I hope to walk along Ridley Creek to listen for the beepers!
