Successful positioning often comes from readily meeting every day. That means taking on challenges, adapting or adjusting to changing conditions while regularly maintaining tried and true methodology.
The excitement of catching a fish is similar to getting a call from sellers after a listing appointment, that I am their agent-of-choice or when a well qualified buyer is ready to move forward with a purchase.

Constantly "fishing" through my SOI, maintaining an online presence, attending local events face-to-face with the community, volunteering time to worthy causes, talking to past clients, always nets results.
