What Rents are doing this Month in Denver and surrounding area.

Reports can came out yesterday in Denver and surrounding area has the following median rents:

Arvada                                     $2795

Aurora                                      $2755

Castle Rock                             $3338

Commerce City                     $3120

Denver                                     $2680

Golden                                     $2500

Greenwood Village               $2500

Highlands Ranch                  $3045

Lakewood                               $1950

Lone Tree                                $4400

Parker                                      $3200

Thornton                                 $2548

Wheat Ridge                          $1770

Rents sure have gone high in the area over the last 2 years.

Wow, I don't think I could afford any of those rent prices, I am glad that my mortgage is lower than those numbers, haha.

Good morning Will.  It appears renters are stuck in the same catch 22 as in our area.  Can spend less money on a mortgage payment but due to high rents saving enough money to buy a serious problem.  mdm
