(yes, some new home communities will negotiate the price, its not always set in stone, I have experience with this).

Access to all Listings: I have access to a wide range of property listings that may not be available to the general public. This means I can help home buyers find the perfect home that meets their specific needs and preferences.

Negotiation: I am a skilled negotiator who can help you get the best possible deal on a new home purchase. I negotiate with the seller's agent on behalf of you, the home buyer, and work to secure a fair price and favorable terms.

Legal Protection: Home buying involves a lot of legal paperwork and those contracts can be confusing and overwhelming. I am trained to understand and interpret those documents and can help ensure you are 100% protected throughout the transaction.

Saving Time and Energy: Home buying can be a time-consuming and stressful process, especially for those who are new to it. As your realtor, I can help streamline the process and handle many of the administrative tasks associated with buying a new home, freeing up time and energy for the home buyer to go back and take pictures, videos, measure the rooms again and again and so on.
