Wordless Wednesday - Making Mimi's Heart Smile

This little human is the love of my life! I cannot believe how much he has grown and how much fun he is. Our lives have changed so very much with the addition of this little one and we feel so blessed to have him in our lives.

Charlotte has so many amazing food trucks and Ray and I are definitely self-professed foodies who take advantage of the local food trucks as often as we can. Reading the Business Journal earlier in the week, we found a list of Charlotte's top food trucks. We scheduled a date with our son & daughter in-law to meet them at one of the local craft breweries so we could try out one of the top food trucks who serve Maryland Crab Cakes. 

Not only did we get to try out one of our favorite dishes but, we got to see our favorite (and only!!) grandson - Liam!  A great time was had by all.

Hi Nina Hollander, Broker! I can't believe how big he has gotten either and yes, time really does fly!

So, the local food trucks are often parked at the breweries. So, we do dine inside. Ray will have a craft brew but, I'm not a big fan so, I have their featured cider. I haven't tried a cider I didn't like! The one last weekend was at Resident Culture and it tasted just like an exceptionally good wine.

Thank you, Roy Kelley! The crab cakes and the crab soup were amazing! 

Ray had an IPA and I had the breweries signature cider. I like wine better than beer and Ray is the opposite. So, the breweries are always a good choice for us.
