Congratulations Kat Palmiotti!
In the business of real estate, major decisions need to be made. Anyone involved in real estate transactions should never make assumptions. They are dangerous and can march you into trouble. Assuming too much, might not be mutual. Working hard, hardly promises success. Making the right decisions, knowing your clients, never assuming, and staying focused makes all the difference in the world.
Congratulations Kat Palmiotti for successfully completing three entries for the March to a Solution|ActiveRain March 2023 Challenge. May I have the pleasure of presenting you with a virtual handful of GOLD for completing the ActiveRain March 2023 Challenge? Your entries will be very useful to new agents, other agents, sellers, and buyers.
Kat, there must be magic and gold sprinkled in and around Glacier National Park and the City of Kalispell, Montana because you've got the magic! You have the sparkle! Any clients of yours will soon realize you are a treasure. Your achievements as Broker/REALTOR® are phenomenal. From your three stories on 1) Inspections, 2) Assumptions, and 3) Decisions, you share the lessons you learned from each as a result of your experiences. The key is to stay focused. With knowledge and experience paying attention to details pays off.
For example, in your story about Home Inspectors you go into great details about how the inspector drills down to the nitty-gritty, zooms in for an inspection, and reports findings. By the same token, no Broker, Real Estate Agent, or anyone in the real estate industry can afford to leave any stones unturned. Written between the lines in your entries are know your job and how to explain things to your clients!

Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist, and I thank you, Kat for three outstanding entries. Perhaps, what I learned from you is the most important thing to remember is connecting with people and staying connected. Whatever will be, will be. After all, when it comes to success in business, synchronicity is being open to learning opportunities, and possibilities for what we are trying to achieve .
