Loving life Myrl Jeffcoat now that I've had my first hip replaement and in a holding patter for #2. Then I will be the Bionic Man with 2 new knees and 2 new hips plus a few pins here and there tossed in for bad behavior. LOL! Thanks Myra. We're actually teaching this class now for RE professionals who want to ear an ADU designation.

Looking forward to it Carol Williams . I actually have a virtual factory tour followed by the actual transporting and installation of a HUD MH ADU. Ending with a virtual tour of one of our projects and a furnished model tour. Something a lot of folks have been wanting to see for quite awhile. Whole presentation only takes 30 minutes followed by a Q/A.

Thanks for your concern Brian England. My hip is bouncing back quite quickly. Almost ready to jump back on the Pickleball quart until my other hip replacement. The things they're doing now days is amazing. Whole surgery only takes 45 min and you go home the same day. Nothing short of miraculous.

Why hello John!  Great to see you!  I'm glad you're back 'in the saddle' and moving along....in many ways!  Glad to hear your hip surgery was successful.  Holy smokes 45 minutes......I need to go through that too.  How long will your recovery take!  Ok so that's not RE related but in a way it is.  Gotta keep moving!

The beauty of modern medicine. The hip they replaced was in an advanced level of deterioration and as a result a much longer and more painful ordeal. I crippled around for almost a year until the surgery. Then once that was behind me only about 6 to 8 weeks. If you can get a surgeon who will act more proactively and allow you an elective preemptive procedure you can cut your rehab time in half. That's what I'm looking forward to with my next replacement . Don't mind sharing this a bit. A lot of folks need to know this Anna Banana Kruchten Phoenix Broker
