Marching to a Successful Conclusion
It's March and for many it's the race to pick an elite team and crown them as the best of the best in College Basketball. It is a long and hard road and it takes athleticism, luck and a lot of hard work to reach the pinnacle. This is an event like no other and is watched worldwide.
It is a team event that takes a lot of work. It starts with the coaching and their ability to select players that will blend and work together to a common goal. There is a lot of preparation behind the scenes with practice; time spent looking at videos of games of the competition, and then getting the players to buy into the instructions.
Ther is the skill of the players, the coaching as well as some luck that is needed to be able to close it out and raise that trophy.
There are a lot of similarities, especially in the highly competitive market of the past couple of years.
Buyers can do a lot of viewing online, but it takes more than just marching through the door of an open house to be able to purchase a home. Preparation is necessary both with the professional real estate agent and a loan officer.
But with the way the market is so competitive, it requires a buyer to be better than ready. Waiting to see a hot property will not work.
The buyer of today needs to be competitive and may also need to be less, particular as to what a house may have and also be willing to forego inspections or submit a contract detailing the inspections strictly for information. Even then, if its worded properly and a major issue is uncovered that may even be unknown to a seller, a negotiation or release is possible.
Being well coached as well as ready to move to action will make the March to closing in March, or any other month, successful.
