Congratulations Jeff Masich-Scottsdale AZ Associate Broker,MBA,GRI! Jeff successfully completed three extraordinary entries for the March to a Solution|ActiveRain March 2023 Challenge. He received the Virtual Handful of Gold!
Read all about Jeff Masich to learn how he separates himself from the pack. He is no ordinary real estate agent who just sells residential properties in Arizona. Peel back the onion skins in the real estate industry's quantity, quality, and competency of agents who sell in his area, and you will learn what Jeff learned and why he is so successful. Jeff Masich is the agent to beat and to my knowledge, he is unbeatable. But then again, I don't live in Arizona, I have just known him for more than a decade on ActiveRain.
Jeff's three entries about how he finds solutions, problem solves, and uses critical thinking are a testimonial as to how he takes real estate consulting seriously and provides valuable advice to his clients.
A Sales Agent, like Jeff Masich knows it isn't just about the relationship between clients and what the buyers need and want, such as "More Cowbell." They are about the terminology used to define and describe the types of real estate in his areas of expertise that requires due diligence. Making an effort to know what specific areas of the County require, such as:
Septic, metes and bound, zoning requirements, description of land, such as "Guest House," guest house rules and regulations, second dwellings or how do you define set backs, accessory buildings, access to the property, utility meters, survey system of describing land and usage of properties, which includes and covers certain unique characteristics defined by the County for something like "Ovens," used in the kitchen. And lets' not forget FUNCTIONALITY for Septic Systems!
For example, can a Seller in Arizona list they have a septic system when it isn't functioning as intended? How does an Agent protect the interest of a buyer when the buyer wants "More Cowbell," and their focus doesn't go beyond the location, price, and that love at first sight for the dwelling?
Does a prospective Buyer really need to get a Home Inspector, and a qualified Septic System Inspector just to find out, there's nothing more than just a big old hole in the ground and no septic tank? Yes! Yes! Yes!
Due to the fact science and chemistry can make or break a deal or make it go POW because "Septic tanks will have methane," and when you have "heat" in "Arizona," a real estate deal and a Septic Tank can IMPLODE, not EXPLODE, but IMPLODE!
No! Jeff Masich is more than just an ordinary Real Estate Agent, even if the buyer is an Investor/Flipper who pays with Cash. Jeff puts his feet to the ground, knows where to go for more information, reads contracts and knows what to look for when it comes to Inspector's Certifications and repairs written down on an Inspector Summary that requires careful analysis and consultation to the Buyer.
Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist and I are proud to issue virtual gold to Jeff Masich for his incredible participation providing education to all! He embodies Best Practices.
