So you want to buy a home!

It is a big decision and one of the most important once you will ever make.  Some things to consider are the following:

  1. Find a great agent
  2. Assess your credit and finances
  3. Find a great Lender (ask your Realtor for help)
  4. Search for your future home.
  5. Have all your ducks in a row with lender
  6. Get a INSPECTION
  7. Do not purchase any big items till after closing.
  8. Closing day
  9. Move
  10. Celebrate

It is a simple process and one that you should enjoy.  I always say a big part of my job is to make it stress free for my Buyers.
