Canyon Creek’s spring housing market is heating up. My March experience showed me both my listings received multiple offers within 5 days of coming on the market. One already closed in March. By no means is it as crazy as in 2021 and the first part of 2022, but we are feeling the demand for housing in Canyon Creek.
My takeaway for March is the market is stabilizing and we are seeing momentum in buyer showings and offers!
Agents across the board are feeling more activity in the market and buyers are more accepting of today’s fluctuating mortgage rates. More sellers are understanding 2021 and the first half of 2022 values are no more and are listening to buyer feedback.
March sales included 5 home sales (keep in mind there was only 1 sale in February).
Sellers a little investment and prep work goes a loooooong way! A must is the right marketing strategy and by all means price your home correctly! Prices are not going to continue to escalate like in the past 2 years.

Sellers’s the more you do to prepare your home for market the stronger your position will be to attract an offer. Stand out from the crowd! Nothing like fresh paint, stellar curb appeal and spectacular photos to catch the eye of the buyer. Remember the eye buys!
