"Orlando Business Journal has learned that Winter Garden-based Crooked Can Brewing Co. will build a new 40,000-square-foot facility with a taproom, food hall, brewery, event space, and headquarters on land in the emerging Hills of Minneola area owned by Orlando-based Skorman Development."

In the rolling Hills of Minneola, a new real estate development will be the next big thing in Minneola Hills, Lake County, and Central Florida. Crooked Can, a local craft brewery, is expanding its business by creating a brand-new taproom and food hall in the area. The project is still in the planning phase, but CEO Alan Delahunt is excited about the possibilities.

The new site is set to open in 2025; this will make Minneola Hills the newest trendiest hotspot and one of the most desired residential locations in Central Florida. The new taproom would feature an industrial-chic design, plenty of seating, and a large outdoor area for events and gatherings. In addition, the food hall is a hub of activity, with vendors selling everything from artisanal cheeses to gourmet burgers to international cuisine.

As the project moves forward, the excitement continues to build. The Hills of Minneola is already a beautiful and sought-after location, but with the addition's new development, it is set to become the next hot spot in Lake County, Florida. The craft beer scene in the state is booming, and Crooked Can is at the forefront of the movement. As more and more people discovered the unique and delicious beers the brewery had to offer, demand continued to grow.
