Good morning, Nick... Nestfully is not a factor in the Carolinas. I still prefer to send people to my own website to search. I'd rather promote my own "brand" than someone else's.

Wayne Martin being pushed by NAR/MLS I think it will allow us to get our leads from our listings, rather than going to third parties.

Nina Hollander, Broker and Dorie Dillard Austin TX I have always found people search where they are most comfortable, and even when I have directed them to search on my sites they have used other sites.

Brian England it is being driven by several MLS's and the idea is to get you the leads rather than having to pay for them.

Kat Palmiotti it is very similar in look to sites consumers are used to using and it is accurate.

Nick Vandekar, 610-203-4543 that's true, Nick. But once they sign up, I set them up on my site to receive listing so over time they switch over... but at the least they see listings from my site.

Nina Hollander, Broker our MLS uses a portal which is branded with your details and I use that and in fact a client said to me this week, how they had checked Zillow and a home was not there, but I had sent it to them as being active. They were impressed.
