Wylder is located just west of I-95, north of the original PGA Village in Port St. Lucie, Florida. This master planned community has plans for multiple developments including a gated golf community with an 18-hole championship golf course, multi-family community, a 55+ active adult community known as Everly at Wylder, townhomes, commercial areas ,public parks,and a future public high school.
The first community underway, Brystol at Wylder, will be single family one and two story homes with its own amenity center open for all ages. This area has about 159 acres with 466 homesites. Within Brystol will be two reputable builders ,Lennar Homes and Meritage Homes.
Lennar Homes with one and two story homes ranging from the mid $300s to upper $400s, pretty affordable and have anywhere from 2- 5 bedrooms, 1700-nearly 2900sqft.
Meritage Homes, another quality home builder throughout Florida, have single story homes starting from the mid $400s ranging from 3 -4 bedrooms with a little over 2100 to close to 2800 sq ft.
Lennar has about 9 homes under construction that are selling now. So you can have this 3 bed 2 bathroom home on the lake for $386,450 ready late July. These homes are concrete block with hurricane impact windows with a home warranty and smart features like ring doorbell, Honeywell thermostat and smart lock.
Meritage Homes has several homes under construction as well, but right now per their website there are 3 quick move ins starting at about $540K and for the month of April when using their preferred lender you can have $30,000 in flex spending giving you the options like lowering the purchase price and or closing costs.
