Here are the latest stats for the Spokane market! These numbers reflect year over year, March 2022 vs. March 2023. If you have any questions about the Spokane real estate market, I am always happy to chat. We are still experiencing colder than normal weather, so my educated guess is that things will begin to "heat up" in the real estate market when the Spring weather lands!
