There is a shortage of homes on the market and the amount of buyers is strong and steady. We continue to see a strong Spring Real Estate Market here in The Manchester area. The prices are staying strong.
The Second most asked question is - "Is there more homes that were under contract that are coming back on the market?" The answer is yes. Many sales are falling apart. It is harder to get a sale to close these days. Homes that were under contract falling through for a variety of reasons such as mortgage financing, appraisals and inspections.
