Armi Oliver Farinas
Born and raised in Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, Armi is the youngest of 12 children of Primitivo Blancas Oliver and Maria Alvarez Oliver (deceased). She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, major in Accounting at the Mariano Marcos State University, Philippines, an academic scholar and graduated Cumlaude in 1986.
She moved to Hawaii in 1989 to join her husband Nestor Caballes Farinas.
While working full time, Armi pursued her Master's Degree in Business Administration at the Hawaii Pacific University, full time, consistent member of Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society and graduated with honors in January 1994. At the same time, Armi & Nestor were blessed to have their joy of love, Victor John Farinas, 14, followed by Christian James, 10 and Marvin Joseph, 5.
Presently, Armi is a "budding" real estate investor, a financial consultant and works as a full time realtor associate of Meridian Properties (No. 1 Top Producer for 2005 and 2006 and 2nd 2007) and a Branch Manager of Meridian Financial Network, Pearl City. With Meridian, Armi partnered with Larry Ordonez in commercial lending and SBA loans. A radio co-host at KNDI radio 1270 AM for "DREAM HOME," for selling, buying, refinancing your residential DREAM HOME or investment and commercial properties.
Previously, Armi worked as realtor associate of West Oahu Realty, senior accountant of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc, accountant of XPEDX, an International Paper Company and general ledger supervisor of Y. Hata & Company.
Armi works "above and beyond" to provide the best service for all her clients.
