March was an incredible month, who said real estate is slow! Our NW Coldwell Banker office crushed it with an incredible 32 agents eligible for the March Million Dollar Club by listing, writing business or closing sales of 1 million or more! We are adapting to the shift in the market of longer days on market, lower list prices, and increased inventory. It’s exciting to see everyone's hard work in servicing their clients and it paying off.
Our office wrote 73 contracts for a volume of $48M, with an average sales price of $656,000. 34 leases were written. We took 28 listings for a total of $18.6M, with an average sales price of $665,000. We closed $73 contracts for 38M with an average sold price of $520,000 plus 22 leases! March was a busy month!!!
