Home Sales Report & Neighborhood Spotlight: Quarter 1 - 2023
Millbridge home sales softened in Quarter 1-2023 compared with the three most recent months. Both average and median home sale prices decreased, as did the list to sale price ratio. Home sales were down 53%, but much of that is attributable to the fact that new construction has wound down considerably since 2021 as the neighborhood nears completion. The days on market also increased, but at 19 days on market, on average, homes are still selling quickly.
