Manchester NH Real Estate Market REPORT April 17, 2023.  The Spring Market is here, but is different than anything we have faced before. We are seeing many more Buyers ready to buy than homes on the market to Sell them. Perhaps less than during the Covid years even. That makes now the time to List your home with us if you have been thinking of Selling. 

For those looking to Buy a home, all is not lost. There are new listings coming on the market. Many go under contract fast though. Who you choose to assist you as your Buyer Agent does matter. Finding a home you want to buy is not the only task of a Buyer Agent. Helping you get a good deal is only part of the goal. Getting your home purchase to close is the biggest obstacle we face these days. Being there for the home inspection, the appraisal and over seeing the mortgage process to try to reduce or eliminate problems before they happen is what is needed these days. Experience matters when choosing a Buyer agent to make what could be the biggest purchase of your life.

 

As far as Selling a home, Sellers need to know that there Is there more homes that were under contract that are coming back on the market than ever before in some cases. Many sales are falling apart. It is harder to get a sale to close these days. Homes that were under contract falling through for a variety of reasons such as mortgage financing, appraisals and inspections.  There are many pre-cautions a seller can take to avoid many of these issues though, It is why your choice of Listing Agent matters more than ever. Experience matters.
