For those looking to Buy a home, all is not lost. There are new listings coming on the market. Many go under contract fast though. Who you choose to assist you as your Buyer Agent does matter. Finding a home you want to buy is not the only task of a Buyer Agent. Helping you get a good deal is only part of the goal. Getting your home purchase to close is the biggest obstacle we face these days. Being there for the home inspection, the appraisal and over seeing the mortgage process to try to reduce or eliminate problems before they happen is what is needed these days.
