My partner listed his rehabbed apartment on Craigslist.org this evening, and I wanted to share the info. This is a really nice one. I should know; I've done alot of the finish work on it....
Newly rehabbed one bedroom apartment for lease in Tower Grove South - first floor of a two family flat. Kitchen featuures new cabinets, countertop, sink, fixtures, ceramic tile floor, dishwasher, refrigerator & stove. Bathroom has new ceramic tile tub surround, vanity, fixtures, and also has a ceramic tile floor. Hardwood floors have been refinished throughout and everything has been freshly painted. French doors lead from livingroom to diningroom. New central air and forced air furnace, and new hot water heater. Updated electric. New windows. New ceiling fans in livingroom and bedroom. All other rooms have new lighting fixtures. A private deck is located off the bedroom. A washer and dryer is also included for tenant use. Street Parking. Deposit of $650. Rent is $650 per month. Also, a non-refundable application fee of $50. If tenant is approved and takes the apartment, then this $50 is applied towards first month's rent.
We just had lightning and thunder, and it's raining. I guess it 's the cold front moving through. The next couple of days should be cooler - in the 50s. We've had temps in the 60s & 70s. It's been almost too warm this early in the season...
