Another 55 and Over Condo has been SOLD courtesy of REALTORS® Lawrence and Sheila Agranoff.

This time it was at Nassau County's Country Pointe At Plainview Long Island. Despite our buyers initially considering other options, they realized those properties weren't a perfect match for their needs.

Once we introduced them to this beautiful condo at this newer community with it's one level Ranch style, and the array of amenities, they were sold and made an immediate offer. It just goes to show that sometimes buyers need that extra help to find exactly what they're looking for!
