Sasser Construction is one of the Featured Builders in The Reserve at Cedar Point in Suffolk, VA- a new home community of 70 homesites in the Cedar Point neighborhood on the James River. Sasser Construction has just selected 11 homesites, with the ability to select more for potential customers in this new community. Sasser was selected as the Southern Living Custom Builder of the Year in 2010, and has been building new homes since 1986. Currently, Sasser Construction is building in Founders Pointe, Governor's Pointe, The Waterfront at Parkside, Martin's Point, and The Landings at Bennett's Creek.
