Motivational Monday ~ In the Moment

Living and enjoying life in the moment has taken on a whole new life. So many times we are so busy snapping our experiences on our phones, Go-Pros or Gimbals; we are not present and enjoying, breathing and inhaling the moment. We miss the essence of the experience by not totally embracing and preserving the experience in our hearts and mind.
