Michael Morgan comes to Palm Realty with a wealth of knowledge and experience. On top of holding a license in real estate, Michael is also a licensed Appraiser. This means that he is uniquely qualified to assess the value of your property when you sell. Michael has specialized in high value residential properties; Mansions, Celebrity Estates, Architectural Landmarks, Unique Properties, Artist In Residence properties, Waterfront, Golf Course, Multi Family, Commercial and Industrial Properties and Developments. His most famous property appraised was the Playboy Mansion. His highest value was $36,000,000.
Michael also has previous real estate experience in Idaho, California and Washington. He also was a qualified expert witness in the California State Superior Court, and a qualified expert witness in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Michael is well known for his complex litigation experience – and is well-regarded in real estate litigation and loss cases, many with unusual and complex issues. He is experienced in Mediation, Arbitration, Depositions, Trial Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
Michael excels in training, leadership, communication, problem solving, team building, marketing, analysis and reporting, etc.
Michael lives in Cape Canaveral and enjoys watching the Space launches. He is a private twin rated pilot. He also enjoys learning Python and is a physics/science junkie.
